    A customer can expect the following level of service from us.
     
  Prior to booking a home we will provide a comprehensive specification and layout of our home and provide any other information you require to enable you to make an informed purchase decision
     
  You will find the sales process friendly and informative
     
  We will provide details of the cancellation procedure should you no longer wish to proceed at any time prior to contract
     
  On the day of handover, or beforehand if you request, we will demonstrate to you the operation of all lighting, heating and other controls in your home
     
  On the day of legal completion a site manager will make a courtesy visit to ensure your move has gone smoothly
     
  At any time after handover, you can contact us if there is any matter about your new home that you wish to discuss
     
  Your new home includes a manufacturers 2 year warranty that covers heating boiler, central heating system, kitchen and bathroom appliances. Additionally your home will be covered by an NHBC 10 year insurance scheme covering the structural integrity of the building
